| Verde Pacifica at Kapalua is a world class estate reserved for the discriminating few who want privacy in the world class resort of Kapalua on Maui. It is extremely rare that an estate of this caliber is available for vacation rentals. Rental Rates start at $2350.00/night. Rates may vary depending on length of stay, number of guests and season of the year. There is a 7 night minimum stay except at Christmas when the minimum stay is 10 nights. A refundable* securtiy/damage deposit of $7000.00 to $10,000.00 is required. Two suites offer accomodations for four adults. Children are discouraged but with preapproval and a higher security deposit, exceptions can occur.. Housekeeping is provided midweek for 7 night stays and twice weekly for longer stays. The estate is available for long term monthly rentals at $60,000.00/month. It may be purchased for $7.95 million USD by contacting Westmaui Group LLC. Initial correspondence via email with name, address, telephone number, employer or references, and dates of requested stay will be evaluated for availability. Upon acceptance, a contract will be forwarded for review, signing, and 50%advance payment. |
